Award schemes
The Duke of Edinburgh's Award
A voluntary, non-competitive programme of practical, cultural and adventurous activities, designed to support the personal and social development of young people aged 14-25.
Other wards such as Coaching badges, AQA certificates, Volunteering Awards or Oxfordshire Young Peoples Awards may be available through activities please ask the provider of the activity about these.
Accreditation for clubs and societies
Sport England club mark
Clubmark is the Sport England cross sport quality accreditation for clubs with junior sections.
Investors in Children Quality Assurance scheme
Mainly for childcare. Also applied to extended schools and out of school clubs.
NSPCC - Staying safe commitment scheme
The NSPCC Staying safe commitment scheme is underpinned by the NSPCC Safetycheck standards. These standards provide a benchmark for good practice and help to make organisations safe for children, young people staff and volunteers.
